Memberships
Every membership at Genesis Health in one place: the plans the practice offers, who is on each one, what renews or charges next, the agreement, and what needs the team. Charges go to the card on file and their receipts sit on Payments; each member sees the same plan under Membership in the patient portal.

A plan is what a member pays for and what it includes. Its agreement is one of the templates on Forms & consents, signed once a year; visits that are part of a plan show as “Included” on Appointments and Payments, and the AI Receptionist books them without a fee. Membership is not insurance; patients keep their coverage for hospital care and specialists.

Monthly plans charge the card on file on the member’s billing day; yearly plans charge at renewal, once the agreement for the new year is signed. A declined card is retried after three days and the member is texted a link to update it; the receipts are the same ones the member sees under Payments in the portal.
