Book, confirm, move or cancel visits yourself, any time. Video visits open under Video visits; in-person visits are at 512 Madison Avenue, 4th floor.

Video visits
The link is texted to you the morning of the visit, and Join opens under Video visits 15 minutes before. Find a quiet spot with good signal; tell Dr. Johnson where you are at the start.

Moving or cancelling
Free up to 24 hours ahead. Later changes and no-shows carry a $75 fee, waived once a year; same-day illness is never charged.

Paying
Visit fees go to your card on file the morning of the visit, or you can pay ahead under Payments. You get a Good Faith Estimate at booking.

After each visit, Dr. Johnson signs the note and you get a plain-language summary here and under My information › Documents.

You get a text 5 days and 2 hours before each visit, and a check-in a few days after. Change how we reach you under My information › Preferences.
